From November 11 to 13, the Glen Dimplex Precision Cooling Division successfully held its 2025 Global Sales Conference in Germany.

Sales and marketing teams from five manufacturing sites in Germany, the United States, India, and China came together to focus on market trends, industry cases, 

and future growth strategies, accelerating global alignment and collaboration across the division.

The conference was officially opened by Torben Benter, CEO of the Precision Cooling Division, who emphasized the critical role of global team collaboration in driving business growth.

This was followed by a keynote address from Fergal Naughton, Group CEO of Glen Dimplex, who shared the Group’s global strategy and long-term vision, providing clear strategic direction for the division’s future development.

Industry expert Gerard Reid shared in-depth insights on high-efficiency and sustainable solutions, set against the backdrop of the global energy transition.

Rowena Rodrigues, Group Director of Business Development, presented the Group’s global market support capabilities and business development strategies, offering guidance on how teams can better support customers worldwide.
