Recently, the Glen Dimplex China (GDC) team gathered to celebrate the 2024/25 Annual Dinner. 

Torben Benter, CEO of the Glen Dimplex Precision Cooling Division, and Gabriele Stasilowicz, Marketing Director, attended the event in person, joining all employees for a memorable evening.

More than a celebration, the annual dinner was a vivid reflection of GDC’s unique culture. 

On stage, colleagues stepped out of their daily roles and expressed themselves through music, dance, and creative performances—revealing authentic and shining sides beyond work. 

Each performance embodied the trust, openness, and confidence that define our team.

From the precisely choreographed opening dance, seamlessly integrating performers and visual effects—mirroring the craftsmanship and rigor of our production processes—to an energetic rap adapted by frontline colleagues, recounting a year of shared effort and achievements through familiar lyrics, every act was delivered with genuine passion.

A graceful and focused piano solo of “Für Elise” by colleagues from the warehouse team captivated the audience, 

while creative reinterpretations of the classic Journey to the West scene “The Kingdom of Women” and a dynamic performance of “Trouble Maker” showcased the artistic talent and stage confidence of GDC employees.

On this night, everyone shone in their own way, revealing something uniquely special.

Moments of Recognition, Celebrating Growth

In his speech, Eason, CEO of Glen Dimplex China, reflected on the team’s achievements over the past year and expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for their dedication and contributions.

During the evening, awards such as “Values Star” and “Best Project” were presented to recognize outstanding individuals who have driven the company forward through focus and collaboration. 

At the same time, the Operations team marked a warm and meaningful leadership transition, symbolizing responsibility, continuity, and shared commitment.
